Samson Agro service concept

We have an established sales organization and related services in several of the countries we operate in. This organization serves customers in the routine maintenance of machines and equipment, but also in solving other problems for the customers.

We work closely with local dealers. Dealers are constantly updated with the latest information about our machines and equipment through courses organized by SAMSON AGRO. We know the importance of rapid response to service calls, therefore we support also our customers and dealers around the clock with significant technical support from the factory in Viborg. This support also can be extended to fast local technical support if necessary. There is also the possibility of telephone hotline support directly from one of our factory technicians.

To further increase confidence in our products, we focus on simple procedures for warranty management, leading to a rapid conclusion of warranty claims, in order to begin repair work immediately without unnecessary delays.
