The FLEX II is a single axle spreader designed for precise and efficient material distribution. Its tapered box ensures uniform spread patterns, while the high-strength steel construction offers durability and a low net weight for ease of use.
Standard features include manual floor chain adjustment, with optional upgrades to MuckControl, SpreadMaster 6500, or SpreadMaster 8500 for enhanced control. Load cells can be added for static and dynamic weighing, ensuring accurate dosage regardless of material type.

SAMSON SpreadMaster 8500
- Manages the entire spreader both button and touch screen operation
- Offers dynamic weighing during spreading and can dose based on actual weight in the box, supporting precise application
- Capable of using field/application maps for controlled dosing, ideal for tailored lime or manure spreading
- ISOBUS-compatible, allowing operation via a tractor’s terminal if also ISOBUS-compatible, and supports both static and dynamic weighing systems
Dynamic and static weighing
- Static weighing: control dosing depending on the static weight
- Static weighing allows the density of the material to be determined
- Dynamic weighing in combination with weighing cells
- Dosing remains the same throughout the field
Floor chain and scrapers
- Equipped with four strong Rübig flat chains with self-cleaning and tool-free disassembly
- Chains have a high fracture strength of 12,500 kg and are reversible
- FLEX II features an optional automatic chain tensioner for consistent tension
- The tensioner improves efficiency and reliability by keeping the chain tight
Axles, brakes and wheels
- Equipped with a 16-ton single-axle, available in bolted or spring suspension for better ride comfort
- Offers hydraulic, air, or combi brakes to meet statutory requirements across markets
- Supports wheels up to 2.05 meters in diameter to enhance efficiency and reduce soil damage
- Larger wheels improve tread surface, lower rolling resistance, and minimise fuel consumption
12 m or 24 m spreading equipment
- 12 m spreading equipment: Features two vertical beaters, hinged deflectors, and handles 4 to 70 t/ha
- Ideal for all types of material
- 24 m spreading equipment: Features two horizontal beaters and a spreading table with rotating deflectors covering 3 to 50 t/ha.
- Ideal for lightweight/fine natural fertilisers and industrial waste
